Browse the day’s instructions in pickup order, with planned pickup time, pickup→drop-off route, booker and passenger count. Tap an entry to open the operation instruction sheet.

Check the operator, office, manager, driver and vehicle
Read start/end and pickup/drop-off places and times, and the contracting party
Long-press the sheet and confirm to edit, subject to permissions and day status
Save or share PDFs for instructions stored on the server; view pending instructions from the phone’s local record

Follow the route through the day.

See stops from garage departure to return on a vertical timeline. Distinguish completed stops, the current arrival, the next stop and later stops, with planned and actual times shown separately.

Review arrival, departure, dwell and planned travel time
See pickup/drop-off roles, party, passengers, flight, meeting method and instruction notes
Check odometer readings, rest, punch notes and pending status at each stop
Fold completed stops; use the primary button for departure, arrival, onward departure and garage return

03TIMELINE PLANNING

Adjust the trip directly on its timeline.

Choose a date and available vehicle, add trips and stops, and maintain distance, travel time, dwell, rest and target arrival times.

Separate pickup/drop-off and intermediate stops from empty running
Calculate the plan from target arrivals; enter times in five-minute increments
Long-press and drag to reorder trips or stops within a trip
Garage stops stay fixed; confirmed status and permissions constrain editing
Structural changes to started trips require confirmation and may clear actual punches from the changed point onward

04DAILY NOTES

Floating notes, saved as you type.

Keep meeting points and daily reminders in a floating card. Expand it when needed, reduce obstruction of the route, and edit on days that allow changes.

Autosave after 1.5 seconds without input, and save immediately when closing
Move and resize the card, with three background-opacity levels
Long-press to move the collapsed icon; keep its position and display state
Daily notes and individual instruction notes stay distinct; pending changes are marked unsent

Instruction list

Find each sheet by planned pickup time, route, booker and passenger count.

Editing notes

Autosave after input pauses and on closing, with pending changes distinguished from synchronized records.

Dates & vehicles

Move between days; long-press the date to open date selection or the monthly calendar and return to today there. Select a vehicle available to you or request a vehicle assignment.

Finding places

Browse by type and region, search, nearby or frequently used places, including map selection and unregistered stops.

Odometer & roll calls

Enter or check readings at relevant steps, and review pre- and post-operation roll-call declarations and status.

Pending operations

Queue punches and supported edits locally; review failed operations and retry or discard them. Not every feature works offline.

Submission & restrictions

Review and submit after garage return. Distinguish submitted, confirmed, expired and office-work states, with unlock requests where allowed.

Arrival assistance

When enabled and location conditions are met, arrival at the next stop is recorded only while the app is in the foreground, with undo available. Garage return and departures are not automatic; there is no continuous GPS tracking.

Office collaboration

Expense entry and final actual-record confirmation belong to the office. Driver records remain separate from planned values.

Drivers record and submit. The office reviews, returns or confirms. A connected workflow respects each role’s permissions.

App controls support Japanese, Simplified Chinese and English. Business data such as places, customers and notes, and instruction-sheet layouts and PDFs, remain in Japanese.

Confirm app distribution, supported versions and device-verification status during onboarding. Public App Store availability is not assumed.
