車務録 is the app used by Japan’s premium hire-car and chauffeur drivers, who look after one party of guests for a whole day or several days. Your shop’s information reaches the drivers who plan the itinerary. We look for shops drivers can recommend with confidence: service, languages and easy parking.

Information we need
Please send the following. You may leave items blank if you are unsure.
- Shop name and category (drugstore, gift shop, etc.)
- Address (one that works in a map) and phone number
- Opening hours and regular holidays
- Languages you can serve (Japanese, Chinese, English, etc.)
- Parking or coach-stop conditions for visitors arriving by car
- Visitor offers (discounts, extras) and their validity period
- Referral reward for drivers (rate or amount, qualifying purchases and conditions, validity period, settlement terms)
Optional: a shop description, logo, shop images, and customer contacts such as WeChat or LINE.
How listing works
- Email usUse the button below to email your shop details. You can also ask through WeChat.
- We reviewWe check your details and our listing standards, and ask about anything missing.
- Registered and publishedWe register your shop and publish it on the driver app’s partner-shop page.
- Changes or removalTell us by email at any time to change your details or stop listing.
Please note
- Registration and listing are free. If we introduce paid options, we will tell you in advance.
- We do not promise visitors, sales or referrals.
- We do not pass passengers’ personal information to shops.
- Listings must comply with laws such as the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act. We may ask for changes or decline a listing depending on the content.
