Pricing plans

Personal is free. Business can be tried free first. Features are grouped into Base service, Core features and Non-core features.

Personal

Personal is free. Personal and Business share the same app, and Personal never opens company management features.

Business free trial

  • All features: up to 2 monthsTry every Business feature free for up to 2 months.
  • Non-core features: up to 6 monthsFeatures other than the core ones can be tried free for up to 6 months.

Please confirm eligibility, start and end dates, and how data is handled after the trial before you begin.

The central features, from bookings to confirmed daily records and report output.

  • Bookings & dispatchAssign vehicles, drivers, bookings and trips by date.
  • Trip planning & calculationStops, planned times, driving and dwell times, overnight trips.
  • Instructions & acceptance formsCreate and export transport acceptance forms and operation instructions.
  • App punches & operation recordsDeparture, arrival, leaving, return, meter readings and daily notes.
  • Daily records & actuals reviewSubmit, return, correct and confirm, keeping plans and actuals separate.

  • Training managementMaterials, training plans, participation, tests and training ledgers.
  • Sales & costsPer-vehicle sales tables, operating costs and the annual business report (sales and operating km) in Excel.
  • Staff duty managementAppointments, assignments and leave for management staff, with a duty roster.
  • Safety managementLedgers for accidents, near-misses, customer cases, lost property and violations, cancellation requests and record exports.
  • Company communicationAnnouncements and read confirmations, driver messages and reports, staff chat.

Business pricing

  • Core features¥2,000 / monthper vehicle, excluding tax
  • Non-core features¥1,000 / monthper vehicle, excluding tax. No extra charge per area

Using every feature: ¥3,000 per vehicle per month, excluding tax

Initial setup fee¥0Onboarding support is provided, from initial setup to everyday operations. If you need historical data cleanup or custom work, we will confirm the details in the onboarding consultation.

Volume discount

  • 50 or more vehicles in one contract10% off (90% of the price)
  • 100 or more vehicles in one contract20% off (80% of the price)

The discount applies in each month when the contract has at least that many vehicles. Months below the number do not qualify.

Payment methods and other terms will be announced later. We will update this page once they are decided.
